A special thanks to Professor Peggy Madden of Chaffey College  in Rancho Cucamonga, California, who helped us with this project. Professor Madden motivated us to pursue our best.  Through her instruction, we have not only come to appreciate the beauty of the English language, we have been equipped to utilize its written form in a careful and convincing manner.  In addition, her concern for the people of Guatemala really opened our minds. With wisdom, style, and grace, she reminded us that injustice  exists in the world  and that one should never close their eyes and pretend they do not see.  With great patience, she made us believe that we can achieve great things as long as we are willing to try. We thank Professor Madden for eveything she has done.  Her kind attention touched our minds and hearts.
